We don't normally do this but there's been so many questions surrounding the project that we feel we should share some spy shots with our readers. The FE DOHC motor is no new news to the performance community - unless you're very new to it.
The standard 2.0 16v lump being great for daily drive and even moderate boost on stock internals. Our plans however are not within main stream thinking. We won't be going forced induction or stroking the motor like so many do. Instead we're going to build on the base we've come to love and enjoy out of this platform.

We've come back from track pretty happy with progress on the performance side of things while the vehicles owner is all too chuffed with his suspension setup at the moment, custom spec'd and definitely doing the job properly as you'll see in some of the footage we took during each session.

Footage takes place at South Africa's 2.4km Zwartkops Raceway. We had a great day out on track with Bryan beating his personal best time 1.26.2s lap setting a new best 1.24.2s - all this while taking his girlfriend out for her first proper track experience.
